DUBAI: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (BEFORE 4PM) – NEXT DAY DELIVERY
FRIDAY (AFTER 4PM) TO SUNDAY – 2-3 WORKING DAYS
OTHER EMIRATES: 2-3 WORKING DAYS, (EXCEPT FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & OTHER ACTS OF RANDOMNESS).
We currently deliver to all locations within the UAE. Please have your deliveries sent to a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item. Our courier will give you a call soon after dispatch so you can specify the delivery location and timing that best suits you.
A flat rate UAE delivery charge of AED15 applies for all orders below AED180. All orders above AED180 have free shipping.
Want to save the carbon footprint? We offer an awesome pickup option. Place your order online, nominate that you will pick up your order at our flagship Roastery and grab a coffee on the house whilst you’re here.
Orders received after 4.00pm will not be processed until the next working day

Method of payment
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED as well as payments via cash on delivery.
We also accept fawning reviews on Instagram, Facebook, Zomato, TripAdvisor and any other site trending right now and you might find extra coffee love in your next delivery order.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel an order you have made, please e-mail email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Please allow for up to 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. • The wrong product was sent by us.
• The product is defective in quality.
• The product was damaged in shipping.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt in the above circumstances. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments.
